How does lawn renovation work?

We renovate your lawn using our tried and tested 9-step system to ensure you are rewarded with a beautiful lush lawn. The 9 steps include:

A deep scarification and aeration

This creates a seed bed that will encourage germination.

Overseed the lawn

We apply our best Fescue and Rye mix of grass seed to your lawn.

Top dressing applied

A 100% weed-free, quality screened top dressing is carefully applied.

Fertiliser applied

Pre-seed lawn fertiliser is also mixed in at the same time to give the seed a good start.

Regulated watering

Sprinklers are set up to regularly water your new lawn to achieve the best results.

Continued treatments

Once your new lawn is established we will start our regular treatments and keep it looking great.

Lawn renovation prices

Our lawn renovations start at £10 per square metre, including labour and materials. This process is a fraction of the price to get your lawn re-turfed. As a rough guide, you could expect to pay up to three times this for a re-turf of your lawn. When followed up with our lawn care, you'll see your lawn continue to improve every month rather than have a new lawn laid down at a high cost and then battle to sustain its quality.
